How do I update the authors’ frequency ?

The frequency is a number displayed in the right hand column in the Authors main window. It informs you on how many titles are catalogued with an author.

The frequency is not updated every time you catalogue a new title. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly update the frequencies. This operation is available in the Maintenance (available with File>Maintenance). In the Other menu, choose the Update frequencies item.

Updating frequencies can be automated with help of the Job scheduler .
