Coherence check on Issues file in BiblioMaker

Here are the checks performed by the software when the Issues checkbox is ticked in the Coherence check (accessible in Maintenance via the Other>Coherence check command):

Check for the unique occurrence of the serial number.	Issues: double serial number.	Delete the double record and create them again.
Check that the linked title record (serial) exists.	Issue: title code undefined.	Modify the issue record and enter another title reference.
Check that the linked title record is a serial.	Issues: related title is not a serial.	Search the issue record, then the linked title record and modify the title’s type in the Titles Options or Apply another type to the title.
