Coherence check on Payments file in BiblioMaker

Here are the checks performed by the software when the Payments checkbox is ticked in the Coherence check (accessible in Maintenance via the Other>Coherence check command):

Check that the Payments records and the balance field in the Addresses file are coherent.	Address records with a wrong balance : [followed by a list of addresses].	Regenerate the Payments.
