Coherence Check in Staff
The coherence check verifies the integrity of the data in the database. This test should be carried out as a matter of priority when you notice anomalies, for example following an application or system crash, or a power failure during data entry. It does not modify existing data. You can limit the number of checks you perform in the dialog you are presented with.
The operation will take varying amounts of time, depending on the amount of data to be verified. A window allows you to follow the progress of the test.
The test provides a full report in the event of an anomaly. This report can be printed out or saved to hard disk as a text file.
