How to display or hide the photo in the main window ?

The photo, if saved in the addresses records, can be displayed as thumbnail pictures when you view the addresses records.

You can use one of these methods :

• With the help of your mouse, make the first narrow empty column wider : if the column is wide enough, the photo is displayed. The wider the column, the bigger the photo.
• In the Options of the Addresses file, General button, tick the Show photo in list view check box.

If on the contrary you wanto to hide the photo, make the column narrower or untick the check box in the Addresses options.
