How do I register the several forms (pseudonym, acronym...) for the same author ?

You can register the several forms under which an author is known. For instance, the UNO could be considered the form you will refer to United Nations Organisation.

In the Authors file, find the «agreed» form (in this example, United Nations Organisation). Select it, than click on the Referral button.

A dialog is displayed. Click on the Add button, type in UNO and validate.

You can create several referrals to the same «agreed» form.

From now on, every time you will use UNO, the software automatically converts UNO in United Nations Organisation.
