How do I define software settings ?

Each user of the application has specific needs and this is why they can adapt to them by defining ad hoc settings.

These settings can be defined at several levels:

• Global level: usually in the Maintenance accessible via the menu File>Maintenance
• File level: usually in the File Options accessible via the menu Action>Options
• Level of a print format: generally in the Options of the print format accessible via the Options button of the print dialog  after having activated the desired print format
• Level of an export format: usually in the Export format options accessible via the Options button of the export dialog  after having activated the desired export format
• Level of an import format: usually in the Import format options accessible via the Options button of the import dialog  after having activated the desired import format
