How do I re-use the authors, series, class marks, subjects already entered in previous title records ?

When cataloguing a title, you can get for instance the library classification and choose an existing class mark.

In the Class mark field, type in the joker sign (@), then press the Tabulator key. Or click on the "Class mark" field label.

If you type in the beginning of the class mark, you will get less class marks, because only class marks beginning with what you have typed in are displayed. You can also type the "/" character followed by a word of the class mark definition (for instance "/biology").

When you press the Tabulator key, a window is displayed and you can select the class mark you want : this class mark will be copied into the Class mark field.

This works the same in other fields, such as Authors, Secondary entries, Series and Subjects for instance.
