How do I update the subjects frequency ?

The frequency is a number displayed in the right hand column in the Subjects file main window. It informs you on how many titles are linked to each subject.

The frequency is not updated every time you catalogue a new title. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly update the frequencies. This operation is available in the Maintenance. In the Other menu, choose the Update frequencies item.

Updating frequencies can be automated with help of the Job scheduler .
