How do I cancel the registration of a reminder ?

If the check box Inscription was ticked when sending reminders, the system has registered the date of the reminder and you cannot send a new reminder for these loans until the delay between reminders is over.

But sometimes you could need to send the reminder again immediately (for instance because the reminder has been sent to an invalid e-mail address). In this case, you can select the corresponding loans and use the Action>Apply function, Target : Last reminder. The last reminder date will be deleted and you may send the reminder again.
