Cataloguing Titles, entering the Cover page

The cataloguing grid consists of several pages. One page contains the Cover page field.

This field may contain an image. You add the image using the Download records from web function, by copy and paste, or by selecting an image file on disk (JPEG, GIF or other format) using the Select… button.

Two arrow buttons are displayed next to the field. They allow you to change the image orientation.

The "In showcase" checkbox, when ticked, displays the document in the virtual showcase on the home page of the online catalog. Several conditions must be met to use this checkbox:

• The Web public search (=online catalogue) must be activated.
• You must have activated the showcase on the catalogue home page*.
• You must have activated the box for displaying titles with "In showcase" value*.

*This setting is activated in the Configure the web public search settings of the Maintenance.
