Barcode scanner for QR-bills

Since 2022, invoices issued by Swiss companies have been accompanied by a payment slip on which a QR code (QR-bill) is printed. Reading the QR-code makes it much easier to enter a creditor invoice in Business.

There are many different models of QR-code reader, and it's impossible for us to test all of them for compatibility with our software.

We can, however, recommend Dative's SwissReader SR-200QR.

A cheaper alternative is to scan QR-invoices with a smartphone . However, this involves installing an app on your smartphone and computer to transfer the QR codes into Business. This configuration is therefore more complex, and only makes sense if you have a low volume of creditor invoices to enter.
