What is the purpose of the Layout editor, and how do I access it?
The layout editor is a tool for modifying the following predefined print formats:

Access to the editor
To modify a print format with the editor, call up the File>Print command from the corresponding file (indicated in the first column of the tables above) and select the desired format. If the format name is displayed in bold type, it is a standard format and you should duplicate it before modifying the copy. Otherwise, select the format (which is already a copy of a standard format) and click on the Modify button.
The format editor is displayed in a separate window.
