The Layout menu in the Layout editor

The Layout menu of the Layout Editor contains the following commands:

Section

This command displays a dialog box containing information about the selected section.

The contents of the Height field indicate the vertical size of the section in points (if the Variable Height checkbox is enabled, the section expands vertically when printed according to the size of the objects it contains).

Position in the page indicates where the section is to be printed, regardless of the sections preceding it. It is only used in special cases (such as an inpayment slip), when a section must be printed at a very precise position.

Magnetic grid

This command activates or deactivates the magnetic grid, making it easier to position objects.
