Coherence check on Copies file in BiblioMaker

Here are the checks performed by the software when the Copies checkbox is ticked in the Coherence check (accessible in Maintenance via the Other>Coherence check command):

Check of the unique occurrence of the barcode. Copies: double barcode.

Search the barcode, then the linked title or issue. Modify the title/issue record by deleting the barcode then creating a new one.

Check that the copy contains a barcode Copies: x records don’t have a barcode. Modify the copy records and generate a barcode for them.
Check that the inventory number corresponds to the number of the linked title. Copies: the number does not match that of the title. Search the copy record, then the linked title record. Modify the title record by entering a new inventory number.
Check that the copy record is linked to a title or an issue record. Copies : title code undefined. Delete the copy record.
Check that the information about the link type is correct. A copy record is linked either to a title or to an issue record and contains the information about the record type it is linked to. Copies: x records with a wrong value in the Origin field. Search the copy records, then the linked title/issue records, modify them, delete the copy record and generate a new copy record.
Check of the coherence in the copy’s «Missing» status. Copies: ticked «Missing» but currently lent. Search the copy record and untick the «Missing» value or delete the corresponding loan record.
