The Information field for a record

The Info button at the bottom of the form entry window opens a separate window, giving you access to the Notes section, where you can enter remarks for internal use. If the Info button is colored, this means that the Notes section actually contains a remark.

This window also shows you the dates on which the file was created and last modified, as recorded in the fields Entry date and Modification date. You can also see the name of the user who last modified the record.

In some programs, the Info button also lets you change the access authorization of a record (for files that offer this authorization).
