Permissions reserved for the Administrator account in BiblioMaker

A BiblioMaker data file always contains at least one user account with the role of Administrator. This account can have a different name than “Administrator” and is identified in the list of accounts by the asterisk that follows the name.

Here are the permissions reserved for the Administrator account:

• Configure users 
• Job scheduler 
• Configure linked documents 

For the record, only 1 user account has administrator rights in the database. That’s why it’s important not to lose the password for that account.
