Solving blocking problems with Office Maker Client or BiblioMaker Client
If the Office Maker Client or BiblioMaker Client application freezes when you start it up, or when you execute a certain command with the application, it is likely that the application or the resources used by the application are damaged on your disk. Here's how to solve the problem:
Reinstall the client application
Uninstall the application

Open the Settings>Apps>Installed apps and uninstall the app. Then check that the app was fully uninstalled : on the disk C:\Programm Files, open the Office Maker or BiblioMaker folder and if necessary delete the OM Business Client | OM Finance Client | OM Staff Client | BiblioMaker Client folder. | Open the Applications folder and in the Office Maker or BiblioMaker folder, delete the OM Business Client | OM Finance Client | OM Staff Client | BiblioMaker Client application. |

Visit our website www.officemaker.ch/download or www.bibliomaker.ch/download and download the installation program for OM Business Client | OM Finance Client | OM Staff Client | BiblioMaker Client.
Installation of the application
Execute the setup program and follow the online instructions.
If the application reinstallation does not solve the issue, please delete the potentially damaged resource :
Regeneration of the resource
On your disk, open the following folder :

By default, the AppData folder is hidden. You access it by opening the File Explorer and by entering %Appdata% in the address bar, which opens the AppData/Roaming folder. Go up in the hierarchy, then open the Local folder. |
By default, the Library folder is hidden. You access it with the Go menu in the Finder by pressing the Alt key in order to add the Library item. |
Delete all items in this folder, i.e. subfolders whose names begin with a version number.
The next time you start the client software, the deleted resources will be recreated.
