Update the purchase prices of your Items-Services

If you purchase Items-Services in foreign currencies, the purchase price in main currency will fluctuate according to exchange rates.

Business offers a function for updating these purchase prices: in the Items-Purchases file, select the records to be updated, then call up the menu Action>Update purchase prices. The program recalculates the purchase prices in main currency of selected items purchased in foreign currencies, based on the current exchange rate defined in the Exchange Rates file. It is therefore advisable to update the Exchange Rates  beforehand.
